Excel - side-by-side relative frequency bar graph

very basic statistics student.  using excel how does one how to make a
side-by-side relative frequency bar graph?  I know how to make a relative
frequency distribution bar graph but do not how to combine two of these into
one graph (side by side).

Are you looking for a tornado chart?

Even better would be a dot plot with two sets of markers:

The dot plot makes it easier to compare the values directly. A tornado moves
the values away from each other, and it's harder to tell which bar is
longer.
