Changing format of number icon in Excel 2007 toolbar

Asked By Henrik

I would like to change the standard number format of the number format (",")
icon in the Excel 2007 toolbar.

Is that possible? (In Excel 2003 it was easily done assigning a macro)

I assume the answer is "no" and that I will have to pass by the Quick Access
Toolbar.

(Incidentally, I have just shifted from 2003 to 2007 and I have to say the
missing customization of the new toolbars is a major drawback. And that you
can no longer 'dock' sub-toolbars for specific tasks. A great pity, otherwise
many good adds. I hope the 2010 version will improve this!)

Thanks,
Henrik

Select Cell Styles.

From flyout select the style to change and right-click>modify.
