Excel - Calculating compass bearing or angles

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with to how to calculate the compass bearing between
grid references on a map, or direct me where to look?

I do not remember trig from high school and my excel skills are very low
compared to most people on this forum.  So far all I have managed is to
manually plot and measure the bearings, or input the data into my GPS
(which is pretty tedious) so it does the hard work.
