I have what result I want to see happen, but have no idea on where to
even begin, in regards to what formula or formulas I need to use to
accomplish this task. Ok so I have two separate worksheets that
contain like data (Name of the Person, the names are not a direct
match on the 1st and 2nd spreadsheet on contains the middle name at
the end and is cantenate while the other is broken into two columns
Last name and First name are separate) the third sheet will have the
report where the formulas pull the specified data from the first two
sheets so on the 1st data sheet is the name of the person I want to
take the name and status of that person from sheet one and if sheet
two matches that name it will pull in the data on sheet two which is
the progress of the status and last modified of that progress (a
specific date) that referes to the status found on sheet one.
